Beginners / Intermediate Reformer β€” Mon to Sat, multiple slots from 6:00 am.
Suitable for all new to reformer through to intermediate.

Strength Reformer β€” Mon, Wed, Fri + Thu 6:00 am. Intermediate to advanced.

Stretch & Restore β€” Multiple weekly slots. All levels welcome.

Express Reformer β€” Wed + Fri at 12:30 pm. 30 min, all levels and beginner-friendly.

Slow Flow Reformer β€” Tue + Thu at 12:30 pm. 30 min, all levels.

Private & Semi-Private β€” by appointment, weekdays.

Winter last session: 5:30 pm Mon–Thu. Saturday last class: 9:15 am.

Summer extension: 6:30 pm Mon–Thu sessions added in season.
